I broke my last sync cable. I went to the local office supply store and they wanted .99 for just a sync cable. I knew I could find something cheaper online. Of course, I searched AMAZON and found not only a sync cable, but a sync cable that charges also. This cable was cheaper, better, and way more convenient for me. Only complaint I have is I wish it would have arrived sooner.

I bought this product so my wife (who is ill) could wear the remote around her neck if she has any trouble. I have a large house, and large yard and cannot hear her when I am downstairs or outside.
If she pushes the button on the device it will call my cellphone. If for some reason I don’t answer it will call our son’s cellphone. If he doesn’t answer then it will call 911 or any other number you want to put in it.
We have tested it, and it works flawlessly. Hopefully we will never need it, but I feel a lot better when leaving her alone. I would rate this a 10 if they let me.

This faceplate worked ok, but I did notice that the color was slightly different than Ivory plate colors that the electricians on my project were using. The Keystone type jacks I used went in fine, and none of the faceplates were damaged or anything like that when I received them.

Great product, for a great price, with one significant drawback. Most of the time, when an incoming caller hangs up before the answering machine starts recording the message, the answering machine screws up — it leaves the line open for about 15-30 seconds, recording the automated “If you’d like to make a call, please…”. Apparently, there is a problem with some Panasonic phones where they do not detect no-message hangup-s properly. It can be really annoying if you get a lot of calls like that. Otherwise the phone is top-notch.br /br /By the way, I did call Panasonic support, and got in touch with a live representative (that also spoke English well, what a win!) a minute. I explained the situation and she advised me to unplug power to the phone, and then reconnect the power while holding a 3-button combo (Stop-Skip-AnswerOn?). If that didn’t work, I had the option of exchanging the phone, as it is still under warranty. Unfortunately, the 3 button magic didn’t work, and I just left it at that. What’s the point to pay for return shipping of a fifty dollar phone, and then go without a phone (or at least an answering machine) for weeks?
